Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Other regions: 10-20 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Customs & Import Duties TransBee ships internationally from China. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
